Shipping Policy

TAVURELIO does not automatically ship items based only on a public website form submission. Shipping is discussed and confirmed privately after the requested watch, condition, accessories, delivery region and transaction terms have been reviewed.

Where a transaction is confirmed, shipping method, insurance, declared value, delivery timing, duties, taxes and recipient requirements will be agreed before dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Timing may be affected by sourcing, inspection, authentication review, payment confirmation, export/import processing, customs checks, carrier delays, weather, holidays or other events outside our control.

The client may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local compliance requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please inspect the package promptly after delivery. If there is visible damage, tampering or a delivery discrepancy, keep all packaging materials and contact us with photos and details as soon as possible.
