Returns and Refunds Policy

TAVURELIO operates as a private watch enquiry and sourcing storefront. Public website submissions are requests for review only. Availability, condition, accessories, delivery terms and any payment arrangement are confirmed privately before a transaction is accepted.

No public payment is required on this website. If a purchase is later arranged privately, the return, cancellation and refund terms shared with the client before confirmation will apply.

Returns
Where a return is accepted, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with all agreed accessories, boxes, documents and protective materials. A return authorization is required before any item is shipped back.

For any delivery discrepancy, visible damage, incorrect reference or condition concern, contact us promptly after delivery with photos, videos and a clear description of the issue.

Refunds
Approved refunds are reviewed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refund timing may vary depending on the original payment method and the private terms agreed for the transaction.

Shipping, insurance, customs duties, taxes and payment processing costs may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom sourcing and final terms
Some requests may involve privately sourced, pre-owned, reserved or specially arranged watches. In those cases, cancellation and refund eligibility may differ and will be discussed before confirmation.
