Because orders are manually reviewed and confirmed before payment, return and refund handling depends on the confirmed order details, product condition, and fulfillment status.

Before payment

If your order has not yet been confirmed or paid, you can request changes or cancellation through the Contact Us page. Please include your order number.

After payment or shipment

If there is an issue with a confirmed order, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.

Return authorization

Please do not send items back without written return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund review

Eligible refunds, replacements, or other resolutions will be reviewed case by case after the order information and product condition are checked.
